scripts utility blocks-dotplot.py contains hardcoded paths #36

Hello, blocks-dotplot.py contains hard coded path that makes it not useable and non provided gepardcmd.sh shell script

see:

GEPARD_DIR = "/home/mkolmogo/tools/gepard-1.30/"
EXEC = "./gepardcmd.sh"

plus performs a chdir to run the EXEC cmd

Is gepard http://cube.univie.ac.at/gepard ??

how one can use blocks-dotplot.py in another environment
