Need to update the indexing to match the simplified version developed for the MCMC algorithm. That is, there are only 2 possible conditions to consider, and only 1 requires modification to the mating function (and overdispersion parameter in the negative binomial distribution for demographic heterogeneity):
Fresidents + Fmigrants = N
Fresidents + Fmigrants < N
In case 1, Fmated = Fmigrants
In case 2, Fmated = Fresidents + Fmigrants
