Use a template.yaml file at the base, and use generate_themes.py to make the themes
Rename some themes
Add dark mode
Change sidebar to white
Fix header color to use ha-card instead of paper-card
Make disabled-text-color same as secondary-text-color
Remove useless border radius
Remove commented out badge code
Make comment have more padding
Add all accent colors from http://www.valleysoftware.com.au/2019/03/20/windows-accent-colours/

Do the pros outweigh the cons?

BTW for more card-mod inspiration, you might like to look at my theme and see what you can add.
