Object positioning rework

Current values for object positioning do not work:

• importance has too high weight
• Frequency in which Character appears in story is not considered

Rework:

• Reduce weight of importance
• Add Story-connected table that indicates appearances and possibly their importance - Appearance
  • Three or four categories of appearance, from most important to least important
    • Something like: star, guest star, also starring, background
  • Those with more recent and those with more common appearances get better scores
  • This would concern PCs too
• Keep weight for change

Consider adding this to Group logic as well.

This is an extension of #134 and #174 and thus blocked by them. It is possible that addition of configurable weights in #384 will allow to reduce the Importance part of the issue; Character appearance in Story will have to wait for #370.
