Empty alert #14

When starting zView on FreeMiNT+EmuTOS for ColdFire, it fails with an alert box. I suppose that zView does not like 16-color mode, so this is acceptable.

However, in the alert, both the title, message and button are empty. This is a bug, the error message should be cleanly displayed.

Thanks for the report. Actually, the empty dialog means that there's no EdDI compatible driver (NVDI, fVDI, ...) Check out new 1.0.1 release, I didn't announce 1.0 very much, so I made a small bugfix release few minutes ago.
