Unique frame delay per frame render with delay out of sync with the images #20

Attached is an animaged GIF file. Drop it in any browser then load it in to zview. You will see that the frame delays are 1 frame off. I had the exact same issue with my PGX codec, however I fudged it in the codec. I don't think this a codec issue, but something in zview itself.
