Zoom in doesn't fully work #21

When zooming out and then back in again, the whole image is not displayed and cannot be scrolled.

  1. Load an image that has a resolution greater than the screen size.
  2. Use minus to zoom out so that the whole image can be seen.
  3. Zoom in again with the plus key.
  4. the scroll bars do not allow the image to be moved to see the whole photo.
