68000 build without PDF support #34

It seems there's a demand for a plain 68k build. I could try to make it, excluding PDF (too large and too slow) and perhaps compile it against libcmini.

With the new system, PDF library is loaded only when actually opening a PDF file, only the interface code that loads the library remains in the application, so there should be no need anymore for a separate version without PDF support.

Also, the build system creates now 68k/020/coldfire binaries
