Feature request: Enable/Disable plugin entirely #34

It would be nice to be able to disable the plugin entirely with a rails config directive:

config.cucumber_fm.enabled = false.

Yes this good idea, so far we were using nginx to secure this urls.

Yeah us too :D I'm just trying to get away from that, especially as in some environments, i don't really need the plugin loaded at all.
