Wanted to add this incase anyone else is looking for it... if you want it to load the custom colors on startup without manually doing it, add this to the beginning of the config file:

startup_commands toggle_custom_color

Hope this saves others a lot of time should they run into this wonderful resource for the Sioyek gruvbox theme!
