Add some code to draw align heatmap when sampling.

The test error is 'ImportError: No module named matplotlib'. I think it is OK.

Thanks for the PR! Unfortunately, the status of the machine translation example in this repository is somewhat unclear: we wanted to move it to a separate repo, but no one had time to finally get it done. This PR will have to wait until there is a bit more certainty regarding the future of this code.
