Rename entry points; add evaluation script #88

In this PR, we simply propose moving all the logic in the main script to train and the main entry point to amlrt-train.

A following PR will then add an evaluation script with the amlrt-eval entry point.

FYI, you can create pull request into a non-main branch. Really useful for sequence of update that need independent review before a final merge into main.
