Change `-v`, add `--verbose` flags for logging, add `rich` dependency

• Changes the -v CLI flag to control the logging verbosity instead of printing the version.
  • Used like mila -v init or mila -vv init or mila --verbose init
• Adds the rich package as a dependency and uses a rich.logging.RichHandler as the logging handler
• Changes slightly the logging of warnings and exceptions
• Simplifies the pre-commit config (replaces Black and isort with ruff)
