This makes a few small changes:

Upgrade to ovld v0.2.0 which has a few breaking changes
Get rid of the Node abstract class (I mean in the Python sense: abc.ABC, not our abstract classes)
untested_legacy -> untested
Change a cloning flag in anf.py which appears to be unnecessary
