Monterey Support #27

Would you accept a PR that adds support for Monterey? At first glance, it looks like something I could do myself :)

It would be great to have Monterey support, but before you start implementing, can you tell me what you would change? Because if the project gets significantly more complicated, I might not be in favor of it. And I don't want you to do a lot of unnecessary work.

Just fixing whatever errors come up when you change the target to macOS 12.4, there's not too many

Ok, it's not too bad, you need to find a different solution for opening separate windows and some regex stuff.
