Add support for station icon conversion #10

It seems like only a few icon formats are supported correctly. Figure out what is supported and how we can supply (cached) station icons on the fly.

The station logos always seem to be JPEG with maximum dimension of 290x290.

Also the Logo attribute sometimes strips http://, sometimes the full URL is given.
