NVMe support #10

Hello. I'm interested in running Talos on my Rock 5b (currently using Ubuntu 22.04 + k3s with a lot of custom components), but I'm using Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD as one and only storage and not sure if this fork will work with such a setup.

Have you tested NVMe setup by any chance?

I haven't explicitly tested it, but it should work as long as you flash U-Boot to SPI: https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock5/install/spi
