DEP2 Shiny Heatmap Error on Mac #14

Hi there,

I'm new to proteomics analysis and R. I followed the tutorial on the website for the R package installation and completed the data entry. However, when I try to draw a heatmap with DEP2 shiny, I encounter an error (please see the attached screenshot). I'm using an Apple Mac and have already installed the Fortran compiler.

I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide.

Sorry for not replying to your message promptly. Whitout a Mac on hand, so I am unable to reproduce your issue. But the issue is likely an error related to ComplexHeatmap. I suggest you try the method that Zuguang recommended. I hope this information can help you.
