Email confirmation to new users

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to send automatically an email to new users after they sign up by the plugin. Cause now if any user sign up by default form on my website, he/she receives and email with register confirmation and provides the password. But if the users sign up by the plugin, they don't receive any confirmationb and no password either.

Any idea?
