When I tried first time FB registration, it simply login to my website. I tried setting email confirmation in WSL and TML, it also login immediately (after I deleted the user). I set to admin approval, it also login immediately. My admin email also doesn't receive any email (but my email for normal wordpress registration works).
I am using WSL with Theme My Login and Buddyboss.
