'Utility.Validateable', to ForumAppModel class #47

I suggest that you add 'Utility.Validateable' to $actsAs of ForumAppModel.

Not all applications are using Validateable in the AppModel.

Nice catch. It's amazing that I or anyone else has not caught this yet...
