Unknown icons cannot load #294

I've found that icons for unknown websites, browser, and operating systems cannot load correctly. This URL which is the image that Shynet attempts to load for unrecognized things errors on DuckDuckGo instead of showing the usual icon for unknown things. Screenshot_20231019-164426
