Dead players should be able to become another SA-X #30

We need an option for dead players killed by SA-X to become a new SA-X and hunt the other Samus because it becomes too easy towards the end to kill SA-X when there's 4 (even just 2 is enough) fully powered Samus just spamming the SA-X to it's death.
