Figure out Arepo input logic for density and mass #28

This is something that is possibly not dealt with correctly atm. jelly.ics simply passes our density value in for both but there might be a problem with this for variable cell volumes.

A quick test setting either the mass or the densities to zero resulted in an error in the case of the masses and running fine with the densities zeroed.

That is a bit unfortunate. I asked someone who should know more about this, and if there is a way to use densities.
