Implement all comparator functions for vector #29

Please elaborate, what exactly you mean by that. As discussed, <, >, <= or >= certainly do not apply to a vector.

In my opinion you should provide implementiosn for all or for none to keep it consistent. ATM, there is also no error for use of undefined operators.

Closing this manually for now, but it would be good to reference issues from the commit message to both automate this and keep it for future reference.
