Add a11y to MdAccordion, increase MdInput suffix contrast #51

Add accessibility features to MdAccordion
Increase contrast on MdInput suffix
Let MdAccordionItem close text be definable

Asked designers to update design system in Figma with the higher contrast input suffix.
