desktop mode / startup options please

The new MilkPanel.exe is great!!

But I'd like to be able to choose:

1) to run in desktop mode

2) to be able to checkbox which monitors to span it across (so i could use 2 out of 4, for example) for both desktop and fullscreen mode

The default windowed size is very tiny on a 4K screen, and resizing it is nigh impossible with Windows 10 removing the ability to make thicker borders. But then if you go full screen you can't really use your computer. I just want to be able to enjoy both milkdrop and my computer.

1. one day I'll restore desktop mode
2. I've made a special fullscreen mode where you can still use other apps, tick the box "Disable AlwaysOnTop for fullscreen" in the MilkDropPanel. Then use Alt+Tab to bring some others apps on top. Oh wow! That looks pretty sweet!

It may just be an accessibility thing. I often have had trouble resizing windows over the years. I'd always go into accessibility settings and change window borders from 1px to 5px and that would help. But Windows 10 removed it, plus moving to 4K, despite scaling options, has them even harder to grab. I use keyboard shortcuts (alt-space followed by x to maximize) for most situations but MilkDrop's alt-space manu doesn't respond to maximize/minimize commands for some reason).

Perhaps an option to make the clickable area to resize it thicker, for dips***s like me who have trouble with this 🤣

The Panel is a really good idea.

Being able to save the position/size for successive runs IS AMAZING.

I'm so happy all this development is happening!!
