If a sample itself is quiet I'm not sure we're correcting for that, so get the absolute range and compare it to the range of possible integers of that length

After further consideration this idea is stupid. We want to keep the audio as pristine as possible for all the audiophiles who enjoy shitposts. (Real reason: I don't want to convert between floats and ints any more than the too many times we're doing it already)
