Add button on recipe screen

Add button on recipe screen should show the bottom modal sheet and display available collections. then the collections are clickable and if clicked on a collection, the recipe will be added to it.

If the collection is empty, the button is disabled

When the first private collection is created the button is enabled

and when pressed a card is being displayed with available collections
