Beta Elephant - Windows 64 bit binaries are missing #1

Hello milkpku,

can you create Windows binaries x64 and host these files on your GitHub website here?

Have you tried out Beta Elephant together with Xiangqi Wizard https://sourceforge.net/projects/xqwizard/ too?

Is Beta Elephant a derivative of ElephantEye https://sourceforge.net/projects/xqwizard/files/4.%20ElephantEye/

My OS is Windows 7 x64 SP1.

sorry the BetaElephant is not completed ... so far it can not even beat man. We use ElephantEye's chess rule part. Much of the work here is the training process. The training work is done on tensorflow, the model on which need to be compiled under bazel(a google compiler). I'm not sure bazel can be installed on Windows. hope my response may help.
