Support IMX462 #11

It would be nice if the duo-buildroot supported other sensors (especially the Sony STARVIS line - IMX290, IMX462, etc).

If you get any camera working (in a regular way), I might write a overlay and start porting the stuff (not promising to do extensive tuning), but I do have NDA access to sony's stuff

one issue is also, that all pi cameras are 3.3V logic level, the milkv-stuff is 1.8V
