FSBL license and code reuse #116

Since 63fa9d586413b92bec81d95997695646719a8045 there are now sources for FSBL.

What is the license, could you please add one? I suggest GPLv2 for compatibility with U-Boot and other projects.

I also asked this at Sophgo but never got an answer: https://github.com/sophgo/fsbl/issues/1

@carbonfix , @sophgo-xiangsihan , @sophgo-wangliang , could you please add information about the license of this repository — is it allowed to copy, change and use the code in any purpose?
