Could you make namesync work with www.4chan.org/frames because I like to use 4chan with the side bar but when I do because they URL is not boards.4chan.org/b/ I can not see the names on /b/ until I open the thread in a new tab without the side bar.

How do I use that fix with the chrome extension?

When the next release is out.

Note that the webstore might disable the extension because of the new permission.
