Description

Minor changes

Moves Checkbox / WidgetLogger to a components directory in ServerGUI
Changes config paths to allow a user to run the server.py file from anywhere
Updates to the README as it has become out of date in some areas
Moving the PR template file
Moves a sleep statement to fix an issue wherein the application would sleep 2 seconds in between voting state changes
