After clicking OK or Apply in the Config menu, jam channels will cease to function. If the jam channel amount (under I/O > Instrument Playback) is changed, however, jam channels resume working as normal (until settings that don't modify jam channel count are applied again).
Reproduction
Ensure the jam channels are working by changing the jam channel count to a value above 1.
Enter the Config menu and click OK or Apply.
Attempt to play notes by "keyjamming"; more than one note at a time can't be played.
Enter the 'Config' menu, adjust the jam channel count, and then click OK or Apply.
Attempt to play notes by "keyjamming"; notes can now be played as your jam channel count allows.
Extra
Jam channels still break if you apply changes without actually changing any options.
The new jam channel count must be different than the previous. Example: 55 to 54 fix the jam channels, but 55 to 54 to 55 do not.
The jam channel count seems to be the only option that fixes the jam channels.
The issue is present in MIDI input.
I originally commented on this problem in issue #118, but there's been no response since. Apologies in advance if creating a new issue on the subject is unwanted, or if the issue is still being looked into.

Possibly related to issue #118 (jam channels not working after changing mixer settings).
