Milktracker open kills dual screen graphics Win7 #220

Running current build of Milktracker 0.1.0 on Windows 7 with Dual screen setup causes monitor to shut off on startup. Program still seems to function but unable to interact with it. Killing Milktracker from Task Manager restores functionality.

Could be milkytracker is set to full screen mode at a resolution not supported by the monitor. Try deleting Milkytracker's config file and starting again (stored in %APPDATA%\MilkyTracker).
