Publish Flatpak on Flathub #334

Flathub is an application repository which uses the Flatpak distribution method. Flatpak allows applications to be compatible with almost all linux distros because they are compiled and run in a container-like environment.

You can know more about flatpak and flathub at https://flatpak.org/ and https://flathub.org/ If it is ok, I can maintain it as I am already maintaining other apps (qFlipper, Pinball, PuTTY, virt-viewer) on Flathub or I can pass the control of the repository to you.

As a coincidence, I have also started working on the MilkyTracker Flatpak yesterday. :-) Here is the Flathub PR. MilkyTracker developers, feel free to let us know if you are interested in having push rights to its repository after it gets published on Flathub. Thanks!
