Add Pico W Compatibility #6

I was able to get the Pi Pico W working with a slight modification to the code.

The change can be found in commit 59daa723740515d63e80f4bd74784dc0bd14761d

Before the change, the Pico W would completely crash/freeze when it came across AT*ICT*AWS_SEND=A210.
