Nowadays,I use Dsuite to calculate D-statistics.I meet some trouble while using the command Dtrios and Dquartets.
While I use the Dtrios to calculate D-statistics,one species occuring in position P2 or P3 introgresses with many other species with significant D-statistic(p<0.01).However,while using Dquartets,that species only occurs in position P4,having no introgression with other species.It looks so strange,could you please tell me why these happen?
Besides,I input my tree while using the command Dquartets ,but i find some trios in the file "out_quartets_tree.txt" are not according to the relationship of my tree.
