Thanks for your convenient program to deduce introgression!
Here is my issue. I used Dsuite to detect the introgression of my studied species, and the results are very diverse when I give different values (1000, 1500, 2000, 500, 800) of "-i INFO/DP". Some introgression events are probably accurate, which didnot confict with their history distributions, but some results showed very strange.
So, how should I choose probably, I also conducted other methods like constructing sliding-window trees and their relationships showed very complex.
Should I reduce the compared species, since I only choose nine species.
