Dtrios Assertion `p_S1a >= 0' failed #72

Hello, Thank you for making such a useful tool!

I am able to run Dinvestigate, but not Dtrios using this vcf and this sets file.

When running Dtrios I get the error: Dsuite: Dmin.cpp:437: int DminMain(int, char**): Assertion `p_S1a >= 0' failed. Aborted

Any help with this error would be greatly appreciated!
