I have been troubled by this error.
Why is my sample__tree.txt of Dstatistic are all positive and not negative? How to generate negative Dstatistic? How to test all P3P2P1 combinations？
I used the same tree file for the Dtrios and DtriosCombine commands and that successfully generated the combined_tree.txt file for the F_branch command. Sub-setting the data and removing the Outgroup didn't make any difference.
Any ideas what could be causing this error? Thanks!
