Users would love a command that allows them to submit a ticket when something is going wrong or if they have a suggestion. Whether the tickets are stored anywhere or acted upon, may be another story...

"tickets" could be in the form of a discord DM from the bot to myself, or in the form of an email to myself, or then again maybe not
