Syntax highlighting in non-python language #598

Is there support for syntax highlighting for languages other than python (e.g. Julia)? I see that there is support in ob-ein, but I haven't gotten anything to work in ein proper.

I can confirm that ein:polymode is enabled. In the notebook C-h m shows julia-mode but there is still no syntax highlighting.
