Cannot open notebook: REQUEST-STATUS timeout DATA interrupt: 2 #776

Problem description

I keep getting the following errors while trying to open a jupyter notebook [error] request--callback: peculiar error ein: [error] ein:content-query-contents--error http://127.0.0.1:8084/semisup/WorkflowRewrite.ipynb REQUEST-STATUS timeout DATA interrupt: 2 The notebook will not open

Steps to reproduce the problem

I am just clicking Open on the notebook. The notebook is on a remote server and I am using SSH forwarding to connect to it. However, this used to work all the time in the past.
