put sidebar code in EE #7

Put the aside HTML in its own partial, for insertion from index, issue and essay templates.

This can be done as an embedded template or a snippet. I currently have it as a snippet, but I think I will have to move it (back) to an embed to pass the target URL needed in creation of the hyperlinks for each sharing anchor.
