Feature requests #2

Great job!. This should be the default on LMS. I have a few feature requests if possible.

  1. It would be nice if the volume up and down buttons moved the volume +-1 instead of 5.
  2. I would like to see the volume level value at all times, maybe between the volume buttons?
  3. I prefer to see the volume as 0 equals full volume (ie. 0 equals 100% and -20 equals 80%) - maybe an option?
  4. Volume buttons on the main screen would also be nice.
  5. On an ipad I end up zooming quite often, an option to set font size or zoom would be helpful.

@audiofool thank you for the feedback! I will take your requests into consideration. However, be aware that the pace of development on this project is slow, so it might be a while.
