weed out low performing decks to decrease processing time. create a loading animation

preload some computer decks and show a top 10/15/20 ranked list (make sure to include some higher win % rosters and lower win % so that you can get on easily but don't get to the top easily. when you get on list you knock off computer entries. display could be visual (icons of choices). this could also be a collapsible div.
