Search for "limbic system" on flat and hierarchical atlas yields different visual results #9

A different collection of models is shown when searching for the "limbic system" on the flat atlas verses the hierarchical atlas. The hierarchical atlas shows a superset of what is displayed when the flat atlas is used.

No manual assignments were performed with "Atlas DB Sync". I just loaded the atlas and then the ontology.

Is the hierarchical atlas version pulling groups of models directory from the model hierarchy while the flat atlas is relying solely on the ontology to give the collection of models to show?
