While Archipelago itself normally makes the first tier of assembling machines have fluid boxes. It does so in data-final-fixes.lua. Normally, a given AP seed runs its final-fixes before this mod due to alphabetical ordering, but not always, due to one of its optional dependencies, "science-not-invited", which comes after this mod alphabetically.
